perfect slate stacked walls, how to?

i see the landscapers and masons stack the slate walls perfectly and tightly stacked in toBeautifull walls . i hv done it around my home but just place them on top of one another like a puzzle but they are not tightly stacked. is there a method on how to or a website? thanks!

how much money will a garden add?

I’m working on my first property to develope, I am wondering if I should do anything with the garden? The garden is only about 10m squared, However I am a landscaper so I know how to make a gared look good. How much more money will I bring in if the garden looks pretty good for the space? I’m geussing about 5% but I really have no idea.

i want to know how much to charge my client for a masonry project that is a flat concrete floor in a backyard in which the measurements are 26 ft by 10 ft and 3 inches thick.
